Official Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, and family members of Ai Brand Lab are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter
Entrants must complete the official entry form, including full name, valid email address, and phone number.
Instagram handle is optional and will only be used for winner announcements if provided.
By entering, you consent to receive text and email communications from Ai Brand Lab. You may unsubscribe at any time.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway entry period begins when the entry form goes live and closes at 11:59 PM PST on the final day, which will be announced on this page at least three (3) days in advance.
Winners will be selected and notified within seven (7) days of the closing date.
4. Prize
Two winners will each receive a full-featured AI Assistant build for their med spa business (approximate retail value: $2,497).
Prize includes: full build with conversation flows, booking integrations, and one (1) free month of hosting.
Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash equivalent or substitutions except at the sole discretion of Ai Brand Lab.
5. Hosting Requirement
Prize includes one (1) free month of hosting. After the first month, continued hosting is required to keep the AI Assistant active.
Option A: Early Adopter Hosting with Ai Brand Lab — $197/mo.
Hosting and Conversation AI fees bundled in.
Fully managed: Ai Brand Lab handles hosting, maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Ongoing improvements: Regular updates to flows and sequences.
Dedicated support and growth recommendations included.
Analytics dashboard to track bookings, leads, and ROI.
Option B: Self-Hosting with GoHighLevel — approx. $196–$396+/mo.
Requires GoHighLevel subscription ($97–$297/mo) plus $99/mo per sub-account for Conversation AI.
Ai Brand Lab will deliver the bot setup into your GHL account once.
You are solely responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, updating, and optimizing your AI Assistant thereafter.
Self-hosting does not include Ai Brand Lab support or optimization services.

⚡ Note: While self-hosting is available, most med spas choose Ai Brand Lab hosting, as it bundles AI fees, eliminates technical headaches, and ensures continuous optimization — often at a lower effective cost.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
Winners will be notified by email and text, and may also be tagged on Instagram if a handle was provided.
Winners must respond within five (5) business days to claim their prize. If no response is received, another winner may be selected.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Publicity
By entering, winners agree to allow Ai Brand Lab to use their name, business name, logo, and testimonial (if provided) in promotional materials.
9. General Conditions
Ai Brand Lab reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Ai Brand Lab is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries; technical errors; or conditions beyond its control.
Ai Brand Lab reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway.
10. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants release Ai Brand Lab and its affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability related to participation in the giveaway, acceptance, or use of the prize.

This giveaway is sponsored solely by Ai Brand Lab.
It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, or GoHighLevel.
